We loved our stay here as it was just a few steps from beautiful Allerton Park and also close to the charming Old Vicarage Open Garden, making our weekend city strolls so enjoyable and convenient. the only downside was that breakfast on some days was limited to a self-service cereal selection, which was a bit disappointing after looking forward to a hearty meal to start our day of adventures.

Bringing my granddaughter here was a delight. she was thrilled with the gluten-free menu and we loved the homemade bread and butter! We enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and taking in the peaceful atmosphere. Just a heads up, there were some building works across the street that caught our attention, but it didn't dampen our spirits at all! 🌞

Spacious room, comfortable shower. we especially enjoyed the delicious evening meal from the bistro menu and the great complimentary breakfast, all while being conveniently located just 23 km from York Train Station.
